Don Clark
Chief Executive Officer

Don Clark

Don has been in the real estate investment and development business for over 30 years. Before pursuing his passion for fine homebuilding, Don was a founding partner of a sizable private equity real estate investment firm with a value-added investment strategy that involved working closely with developer partners. Earlier, Don was Controller and Treasurer for a national real estate investment, development, and resort company. Don has been actively involved in the development of several landmark commercial projects including the Spanish Bay Resort at Pebble Beach, the Little Nell Hotel in Aspen, University Circle in Palo Alto, 75/101 Federal Street in Boston and Fox Plaza in Los Angeles. Don holds a BS in Business Administration from University of Colorado and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate at Harvard University's Graduate School of Design.

Brian Clark
Chief Operating Officer

Brian Clark

Brian is actively involved in all aspects of company operations. He leads the project management function and is responsible for developing our project management strategy and process, as well as implementing the software and tools that enable our team to successfully manage each project. He also oversees the accounting, insurance, finance, and information technology functions. He is on track to earn Certified Graduate Builder status from the National Association of Homebuilders ("NAHB"), and is conversant with a wide range of homebuilding subjects that include building science and techniques, building systems and home automation. As an enthusiastic design leader for the interiors of our turn-key homes, he has gained a reputation for balancing classic and modern interior design elements to create a look that is functional, fresh, elegant and timeless. Brian holds a BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University. In addition to his membership in the NAHB, Brian is an active member of the Building Industry Association of the Bay Area, and serves as Secretay of the Young Professionals Committee.

Mark Bohon
Partner, Director of Construction

Mark Bohon

Mark manages all phases of construction from planning through completion. He has more than 25 years of experience building high-end custom homes on some of the most unique and challenging job sites in the Bay Area. In addition, he possesses extensive knowledge of fine design and construction, code and regulatory requirements, specifications, materials, construction procedures and techniques. For more than 15 years, Mark was owner and principal of The BohonGroup, Inc., a general contracting firm specializing in luxury custom homes. Prior to starting his own firm, Mark was a Project Superintendent for a highly-regarded design-build firm. With his careful attention to detail, understanding of fine design and years of hands-on experience, Mark collaborates with the finest subcontractors, artisans, and craftsmen in Northern California to achieve extraordinary results.

Kristofer Brekke
Senior Project Manager

Kristofer Brekke

With over 25 years of experience specializing in whole home renovation and additions, Kristofer has significant experience with historic renovation, craftsman design, and green building technology. For 25 years, Kristofer was a partner in Brekke Brothers Construction Company and is recognized as a multi-talented and meticulous builder with a keen eye for design and excellent communications and management skills. Passionate about quality, Kristofer has extensive knowledge of building code requirements and construction techniques. A highly skilled craftsman in his own right, Kristofer also possesses a naturally positive attitude and the ability to motivate others to achieve top quality results on challenging projects. Kristofer is an alumnus of the University of California Berkeley with a BS in Conservation and Resource Studies.
